- 2 cups cauliflower cut into its tiny branches,
- 2 cups broccoli cut into its tiny branches,
- 1 carrot, diced,
- 1 red pepper, chopped,
- 1 green pepper, chopped,
- 3 cups plain yogurt,
- 1 clove of garlic, minced,
- 4 tbsps olive oil,
- Salt to taste.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan,
- Add vegetables and sautee until tender,
- Transfer cooked vegetables into a large dish and set aside to cool,
- Add yogurt and minced garlic and mix well.
