Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower cut into its tiny branches,
  • 2 cups broccoli cut into its tiny branches,
  • 1 carrot, diced,
  • 1 red pepper, chopped,
  • 1 green pepper, chopped,
  • 3 cups plain yogurt,
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced,
  • 4 tbsps olive oil,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan,
  2. Add vegetables and sautee until tender,
  3. Transfer cooked vegetables into a large dish and set aside to cool,
  4. Add yogurt and minced garlic and mix well.
