Kohlrabi Yogurt Salad Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 1 medium-sized kohlrabi,
- 2 medium carrots,
- 5 heaping scoop of plain yoghurt,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt to taste,
- Olive oil, chopped parsley, flaked pepper and ground walnuts to decorate.
- Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrot,
- Add yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt and mix,
- Pour the salad into a serving plate,
- Decorate with olive oil, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes and ground walnuts.
