- 2 medium-sized kohlrabi,
- 1 medium carrot,
- 3 heaping scoop of plain yoghurt,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- Salt to taste,
- Olive oil, chopped dill, flaked pepper and ground walnuts to decorate.
- Peel and grate the kohlrabi and carrot,
- Add yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt and mix,
- Pour the salad into a serving plate,
- Decorate with olive oil, chopped dill, red pepper flakes and ground walnuts.
