Chicken Pasta and Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

,Chicken Pasta and Yoghurt Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 g penne pasta,
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless,
  • 2 table spoons tomato paste,
  • 1 tea spoon powdered red pepper,
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
  • 1,5 cup plain yoghurt,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • Salt and your favorite spiced on top.

Preparation:

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the chicken breast and cook for 30-35 mins,
  2. Drain the breast and chop,
  3. In a large skillet heat the vegetable oil and add tomato paste,
  4. Roast for 2-3 minutes and add powdered red pepper,
  5. Add 1 cup water and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes,
  6. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to he directions on the package and drain,
  7. Add pasta to the chicken sauce and stir,
  8. Cook another 2 minutes,
  9. In a bowl mix yoghurt, salt and smashed garlic cloves,
  10. Transfer chicken pasta to the service plates and pour yoghurt on top and add any spices you prefer.
