Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe
Since I shared a pesto sauce recipe before, I haven't felt the need to share a pasta recipe with pesto sauce until now. I've always thought that after making pesto sauce, the rest is easy, no recipe needed. But with the few emails and messages I've received recently, I've found out that there are people who don't know it's that simple. It is also an option to give a brief description in the messages, but this has some negative aspects. First, if you get feedback from two people on a subject, it means that there are at least two hundred people suffering from the same problem. Many people are being lazy about giving feedback on the issues they complain about. Second, why should people have to message me and wait for my reply? As such, it was inevitable to share a pasta recipe with pesto sauce.
You can use any type of pasta you want for chicken pesto pasta. This includes spaghetti. You can boil the pasta to the consistency you want, but there is something to keep in mind. The pasta will be mixed with the sauce and cooked a little bit more, which will make the pasta a little softer. It would be good to adjust the pasta firmness by considering this.
Pesto sauce is very easy to make. It is enough to take all the ingredients into a food processor or smothie blender and grind until it becomes puree. There are three replaceable ingredients in pesto sauce ingredients. You can use any oil instead of olive oil. But in my opinion, that slightly bitter taste of olive oil suits this sauce very well. For example, mayonnaise is also a very greasy sauce. In my opinion, this bitterness of olive oil in mayonnaise is not so good. But in pesto sauce it becomes complementary.
Another replaceable ingredient in making pesto sauce is pine nuts. You can also use walnuts or other nuts instead of pine nuts. The last replaceable ingredient is basil. Although you will be far from the original flavor, you can also use different greens such as spinach, parsley, dill instead of basil to try a different flavor. Let me remind you of the budget vegan pesto recipe here.
