Ground Beef and Yogurt Sauce Pasta Recipe
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 gr. pasta of any kind you like,
- Water to boil.
Minced Meat Sauce;
- 250 g ground beef,
- 1 onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons pepper paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- Sat,
- Black pepper, cumin.
Yoghurt Sauce;
- 3 cups yoghurt,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Chop the onion and green pepper and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent,
- Add the ground beef and cook (stirring and mashing) until it turns brown,
- Add the tomato and pepper pastes and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the paprika and stir for 1 min,
- Add the salt and black pepper, and stir,
- Add water and cook until set,
- Meanwhile boil the pasta in salted water,
- In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, water, crushed garlic and salt,
- Drain the pasta, serve into the plates,
- Top with first yoghurt sauce, then ground beef sauce.
