Tomato Soup with Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsps olive oil,
  • 2 table spoons all purpose flour,
  • 5 grated tomatoes,
  • 1 cup of milk/plan based milk,
  • 4 cups of boiling water,
  • 1 cup of any kind pasta,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Heat olive oil,
  2. Add flour and stir fry until smells well,
  3. Add grated tomatoes and water and mix well with fried flour,
  4. Blend with an immersion blender,
  5. Add the pasta,
  6. Cook until the pastas are tender,
  7. Add the milk/plant based milk and mix well,
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes,
  9. Remove from heat,
  10. Add salt and mix.
