Tomato Soup with Pasta Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 4 tbsps olive oil,
- 2 table spoons all purpose flour,
- 5 grated tomatoes,
- 1 cup of milk/plan based milk,
- 4 cups of boiling water,
- 1 cup of any kind pasta,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Heat olive oil,
- Add flour and stir fry until smells well,
- Add grated tomatoes and water and mix well with fried flour,
- Blend with an immersion blender,
- Add the pasta,
- Cook until the pastas are tender,
- Add the milk/plant based milk and mix well,
- Cook for another 5 minutes,
- Remove from heat,
- Add salt and mix.
