Baked Chicken Pasta Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1/2 package (250 g) of pasta of your choice,
- Half chicken breast, chopped,
- 1 red pepper, chopped,
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped,
- 3 tablespoons oil,
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 2 cups of milk,
- 1 cup of grated chedar or mozzarella cheese,
- Salt,
- Black pepper.
Preparation
- Cook pasta in generously salted water 3 minutes less than recommended on package,
- While the pasta is boiling heat the oil in a large pan, add chicken breast and sautee until tender,
- Add the peppers and sautee until soften,
- Drain the pasta and take into a greased 21*21 cm baking dish,
- Add sauteed chicken and pepper on top and stir,
- Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl for sauce,
- Pour over the sauce on the pasta,
- Spread the shredded cheddar cheese on top,
- Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden on top,
- Set aside 10 mins. before serving.
