Baked Chicken Pasta Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 package (250 g) of pasta of your choice,
  • Half chicken breast, chopped,
  • 1 red pepper, chopped,
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped,
  • 3 tablespoons oil,
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour,
  • 2 cups of milk,
  • 1 cup of grated chedar or mozzarella cheese,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta in generously salted water 3 minutes less than recommended on package,
  2. While the pasta is boiling heat the oil in a large pan, add chicken breast and sautee until tender,
  3. Add the peppers and sautee until soften,
  4. Drain the pasta and take into a greased 21*21 cm baking dish,
  5. Add sauteed chicken and pepper on top and stir,
  6. Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl for sauce,
  7. Pour over the sauce on the pasta,
  8. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese on top,
  9. Bake in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden on top,
  10. Set aside 10 mins. before serving.
