Mushroom Pilaf Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice,
  • 10 small-sized mushrooms,
  • 5 tbsps oil,
  • Salt,
  • 1,5 cups of boiling water.

Preparation

  1. Rinse the rice until it clears and then drain,
  2. Pour 3 tbps oil in a large pan and heat,
  3. Add into the chopped mushrooms and cook until tender,
  4. Add into the rice and cook, constantly stirring for 5-6 mins. in low heat,
  5. Add salt and water, stir and cover the lid.
  6. Cook until the rice absorbs all the water,
  7. Turn off the heat and set aside 10-15 minutes.
