Plain Rice Pilaf Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 1 cup of rice,
- 50 g butter,
- 1 table spoon vegetable oil,
- 1,5 cup boiling water,
- 2-3 drops of fresh lemon juice.
- Wash the rice with hot water and drain well,
- Melt butter and olive oil in a large saucepan over low heat,
- Add the rice and salt,
- Stir and cook for 5 minutes,
- Add boiling water and lemon drops,
- Cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
