Rice Pilaf With Corn Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
  • 1,5-2 cups hot water (depends on the kind of rice),
  • 3 tablespoons boiled corn,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Rinse the rice with hot water,
  2. Add the butter and oil in a large saucepan and melt the butter,
  3. Add the rice and stir over low heat for 5 mins,
  4. Add the hot water, corn and salt,
  5. Put the lid on and cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed,
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest (lid on) for 15 mins before serving.
