Rice Pilaf With Corn Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
- 1,5-2 cups hot water (depends on the kind of rice),
- 3 tablespoons boiled corn,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Rinse the rice with hot water,
- Add the butter and oil in a large saucepan and melt the butter,
- Add the rice and stir over low heat for 5 mins,
- Add the hot water, corn and salt,
- Put the lid on and cook over low heat until all the water is absorbed,
- Remove from heat and let it rest (lid on) for 15 mins before serving.
