Rice Pilaf With Dill Recipe Rice Pilaf With Dill Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice,
  • 1,5 cups hot water,
  • 2 handfuls minced dill,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Soak the rice in salty water for 30 mins,
  2. Rinse well,
  3. Melt the butter and olive oil together in a pan over low heat,
  4. Add the rice and cook for 5 mins, stirring,
  5. Add the water and salt, and cook on low heat (lid on) until all the water is absorbed,
  6. Add the minced dill and stir before removing from heat,
  7. Lay a paper towel on top of the pan, put the lid on the paper towel and let it rest for 15 mins.
