Rice Pilaf With Dill Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice,
- 1,5 cups hot water,
- 2 handfuls minced dill,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Soak the rice in salty water for 30 mins,
- Rinse well,
- Melt the butter and olive oil together in a pan over low heat,
- Add the rice and cook for 5 mins, stirring,
- Add the water and salt, and cook on low heat (lid on) until all the water is absorbed,
- Add the minced dill and stir before removing from heat,
- Lay a paper towel on top of the pan, put the lid on the paper towel and let it rest for 15 mins.
