Leek Soup Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 stalks of leek,
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- 1 glass of water Milk,
- 4 glasses of water at room temperature,
- Black pepper,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Chop the leeks into rings,
- Fry in oil until soft,
- Add the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly,
- Add water and mix,
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the leeks are completely softened,
- Add the milk and boil one more time,
- Add salt and pepper, mix and remove from fire.
