Baked Leek with Minced Meat Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 kg leeks,
- 250 g ground beef,
- 2 tomatos,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 teaspoon paprika,
- 3-4 tbsps olive oil,
- 2 cups of water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Sauté the ground beef in olive oil until fully cooked,
- Add the tomato paste and stir fry for a few mins.,
- Add grated tomatoes and mix well,
- Add paprika and stir,
- Add the sliced leeks, mix and put the lid on and cook on medium heat stirring occasionally for 5-10 mins,
- Add the water and salt and pour the mixture into a small casserole dish,
- Bake at 190 degrees Celsius until the top turns brown.
