Leek Omelette Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 leek,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons grated swiss cheese / cheddar,
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • Salt,
  • Black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the leek and add it to the olive oil in a pan,
  2. Sauté the chopped leek for about 3-4 minutes,
  3. Beat the eggs and salt in a separate bowl,
  4. Stir the cheese into the eggs,
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pan,
  6. Put the lid on and cook over low heat until fully cooked.
