Leek Omelette Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 1 leek,
- 4 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons grated swiss cheese / cheddar,
- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- Black pepper.
- Finely chop the leek and add it to the olive oil in a pan,
- Sauté the chopped leek for about 3-4 minutes,
- Beat the eggs and salt in a separate bowl,
- Stir the cheese into the eggs,
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan,
- Put the lid on and cook over low heat until fully cooked.
