Keskin Tava Recipe

Setting up a dinner table after coming from work and satisfying the eyes and heart and stomach in 1 hour may seem quite a utopian thing, but it’s not impossible either. You prepare the Keskin tava in 10 minutes and put it in the oven. You prepare a soup in 15 minutes and put it on the stove. You prepare the pilav in 10 minutes and leave to cook. You chop a salad in 15 minutes. You prepare the table in 10 minutes. You remove the Keskin tava from the oven and put it on the table. In one hour, a four-course dinner is ready.

In this scenario, instead of a Keskin tava, you can place baked parmesan chicken bites or baked cauliflower  or baked tas kebab in the oven (remove the pilav from the scenario, in this case) or baked sea bass (you can use a recipe with potato instead of pilav). Keskin tava is not the only formula for preparing dinner in 1 hour. But it may be the most successful formula in terms of satisfaction.

The recipe takes its name from the Keskin district of Kırıkkale city of Turkey.

I don’t know if I need to specify it, but the younger the lamb you use, the softer and tastier your food will be. Baking method does not harden the chop; Due to its bony, oily and fine structure, the lamb chop is very suitable for baking. If your meat is hard and does not cook well, it is because of the meat you use, not from this method or recipe. You should definitely buy the meat from a reliable butcher. Apart from that, there is really nothing to be concerned. All you have to do is put the ingredients in a baking dish and put them in the oven. A recipe that even the person who says “I can not break an egg” can do and get a perfect result. Don’t forget to add it to your favorites list.
