Ingredients:

  • 500 g lamb chops,
  • 2 green peppers,
  • 2 red peppers,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the peppers and tomatoes,
  2. Spread the peppers and the garlic you cut in half into a 30 cm baking dish,
  3. Place the lamb chops on top,
  4. Sprinkle over salt and pepper,
  5. Place the chopped tomatoes on top,
  6. Divide the butter into small pieces and place it between them,
  7. Wrap it with greaseproof paper and put it in an oven preheated at 200 C degrees and bake for 45 minutes,
  8. Remove the greaseproof paper and bake it for 5 minutes more.
