Baked Sea Bass Recipe Baked Sea Bass Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 sea basses, cleaned,
  • 1 onion, chopped coarsely,
  • 1 potato, chopped,
  • 1 carrot, chopped,
  • 1 red pepper, chopped,
  • 3 cloves of garlic, halved,
  • 3-4 bay leaves,
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Combine the vegetables in a deep bowl,
  2. Add 3 tbsps vegetable oil, salt and pepper, combine well,
  3. Place the sea basses into a proper sized baking dish,
  4. Pour the remaining 1 tbsp oil over,
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper,
  6. Place the bay leaves into the fishes,
  7. Place the vegetables around the fishes,
  8. Bake in a 190 C degree pre-heated oven until the vegetables are tender.
