Baked Sea Bass Recipe
Serving : 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 sea basses, cleaned,
- 1 onion, chopped coarsely,
- 1 potato, chopped,
- 1 carrot, chopped,
- 1 red pepper, chopped,
- 3 cloves of garlic, halved,
- 3-4 bay leaves,
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Combine the vegetables in a deep bowl,
- Add 3 tbsps vegetable oil, salt and pepper, combine well,
- Place the sea basses into a proper sized baking dish,
- Pour the remaining 1 tbsp oil over,
- Sprinkle salt and pepper,
- Place the bay leaves into the fishes,
- Place the vegetables around the fishes,
- Bake in a 190 C degree pre-heated oven until the vegetables are tender.
