Vermicelli Soup With Liver Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr beef liver cut into small cubes,
  • 1 cup vermicelli,
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 2 teaspoons paprika,
  • 6 cups water,
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Sauté the liver cubes in oil until they turn brown,
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes,
  3. Stir in the paprika,
  4. Add in the water and bring it to a boil,
  5. Add in the vermicelli and cook on medium heat until vermicelli is softened,
  6. Stir in the salt and remove from heat.
