Vermicelli Soup With Liver Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 150 g beef liver, finely chopped,
- 1 green pepper, chopped,
- 1 tomato, chopped,
- 1 cup vermicelli,
- 3-4 tablespoons oil,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- 6 cups water,
- 1 tsp dried mint,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Sauté the liver cubes in oil until they turn brown,
- Add pepper and stir fry until softened,
- Add tomato and stir fry until softened,
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes,
- Stir in the paprika,
- Add in the water and bring it to a boil,
- Add in the vermicelli and cook on medium heat until vermicelli is softened,
- Stir in the salt, dried mint and remove from heat.
