Vermicelli Soup With Liver Recipe

Ingredients

  • 150 g beef liver, finely chopped,
  • 1 green pepper, chopped,
  • 1 tomato, chopped,
  • 1 cup vermicelli,
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 2 teaspoons paprika,
  • 6 cups water,
  • 1 tsp dried mint,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Sauté the liver cubes in oil until they turn brown,
  2. Add pepper and stir fry until softened,
  3. Add tomato and stir fry until softened,
  4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes,
  5. Stir in the paprika,
  6. Add in the water and bring it to a boil,
  7. Add in the vermicelli and cook on medium heat until vermicelli is softened,
  8. Stir in the salt, dried mint and remove from heat.
