Vermicelli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vermicelli,
  • 4 cups hot water,
  • 4-5 pickles, chopped,
  • 1 roasted red pepper, peeled and chopped,
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley,
  • 1 handful of chopped dill,
  • 1 carrot, grated,
  • Salt to taste,
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon,
  • 2 tbsps olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Put vermicelli and water in a deep pan and add salt,
  2. Cook until tender,
  3. Drain vermicelli and put into a deep bowl,
  4. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
