- 1 cup vermicelli,
- 4 cups hot water,
- 4-5 pickles, chopped,
- 1 roasted red pepper, peeled and chopped,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- 1 handful of chopped dill,
- 1 carrot, grated,
- Salt to taste,
- Juice of 1/2 lemon,
- 2 tbsps olive oil.
- Put vermicelli and water in a deep pan and add salt,
- Cook until tender,
- Drain vermicelli and put into a deep bowl,
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
