Vermicelli Soup Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 - 1 cup vermicelli,
- 2 long green peppers,
- 1 tomato,
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- 5 cups water,
- 2 teaspoons dried mint,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Sauté the finely minced peppers in vegetable oil until softened,
- Add in the grated tomato and cook until softened,
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 2 more mins,
- Stir in the paprika,
- Add the water and stir,
- Add in the vermicelli, put the lid on and cook over medium heat until the vermicelli is softened,
- Stir in the salt and dried mint before removing from heat.
