Pasta Yogurt Salad Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta or short cut vermicelli ,
- 1,5 cup plain yogurt,
- 1/2 cup canned corn,
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- 1 clove of garlic, grated,
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Cook orzo in boiling water until tender, then drain,
- Transfer into a large bowl and set aside to cool,
- Add red pepper, corn, garlic, parsley, salt and yogurt and mix well.
- You can garnish with walnuts.
