Vermicelli Yogurt Salad Recipe


  • 1 cup orzo pasta or short cut vermicelli ,
  • 1,5 cup plain yogurt,
  • 1/2 cup canned corn,
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped,
  • 1 handful of chopped dill,
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated,
  • Salt to taste.


  1. Cook orzo in boiling water until tender, then drain,
  2. Transfer into a large bowl and set aside to cool,
  3. Add red pepper, corn, garlic, salt and yogurt and mix well.
  4. You can garnish with walnuts.
