Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups vermicelli,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 1 tsp ground chilli,
  • 2.5 cups of boiling water.

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan,
  2. Add the vermicelli and cook until brownish,
  3. Add the ground chilli and mix,
  4. Add water and mix,
  5. Cover the lid and cook in low heat until the vermicelli absorbed all the water and softened.
