- 1.5 cups vermicelli,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 tsp ground chilli,
- 2.5 cups of boiling water.
- Melt the butter in a large pan,
- Add the vermicelli and cook until brownish,
- Add the ground chilli and mix,
- Add water and mix,
- Cover the lid and cook in low heat until the vermicelli absorbed all the water and softened.
