Tire Kofta Recipe
Serving : 2-4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 g medium-fat ground beef,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 4 tomatoes,
- 2 heaping spoon of butter,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- Yogurt for the service.
Preparation
- Take the ground beef into a deep bowl,
- Add into the salt and knead well,
- Take small pieces from the mixture and wrap around a thick skewer (if you don't have one, bond 4 standart wooden skewers together),
- Grill the skewers medium rare on a grill,
- Melt the butter in a large pan,
- Remove the koftas from the skewers and add into the melted butter and cook, stirring, until golden,
- On the one hand, peel and dice the tomatoes ,
- Take it to a saucepan and cook until softens,
- Add salt, stir and remove from heat,
- Pour the tomato sauce into the serving plates,
- Place the koftas into the sauce,
- Pour the butter in the pan over the koftas,
- Add some yogurt in the plate,
- Garnish wth chopped parsley.
