Spinach Stew With Ground Beef
Serving : 4-6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 onion,
- 150 g ground beef
- 1 kg spinach,
- 1/4 cup rice,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 3-4 tbsps of olive oil,
- 2 cups of water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent,
- Add ground beef and cook until it dissolves and then absorbs its juice,
- Add the tomato paste and stir for 2 mins,
- Add the paprika and stir,
- Now add the finely chopped spinach and cook until the spinach withers stirring occasionally,
- Add the rice, stir for 1 min then add the water and put the lid on,
- Cook on medium heat until the rice is softened,
- Add salt to taste, stir and remove from heat.
