Spinach Burger Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach,
- 1 onion,
- 1 egg,
- 1 cup bread crumbs,
- 2 teaspoons salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
- Vegetable oil for frying,
- Burger buns, cheddar cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise
Preparation
- Finely mince the washed and dried spinach,
- Finely mince the onion,
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and black pepper very well using your hands,
- Form the mixture into round patties,
- Shallow-fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides over high heat,
- Warm the burger buns by pressing them onto the surface of the frying pan,
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom of each bun,
- Place the burger on top,
- Top it with the top bun,
- Garnish with ketchup and mayo.
