Savory Spinach Cookie Recipe
Serving : 30-35 Pieces
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach,
- 50 g butter, at room temperature,
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
- 1 egg,
- 2,5-3 cups flour,
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,
- Salt.
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together spinach, softened butter, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, egg, grated cheddar, salt and baking powder,
- Add flour part by part and knead until you reach a non sticky dough,
- Form walnut size balls out of the dough and place on a baking tray lined with wax paper,
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius until the edges are golden brown.
