Spinach Buns Recipe with Video

Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream,
- 2 eggs,
- 3,5 cups flour,
- 10 g baking powder,
- 3 tsps salt,
- 6 tsps sugar,
- 400 g spinach,
- 200 g Turkish white cheese or feta cheese.
Preparation
- In a large non stick pan sautee the spinach,
- Remove from heat, add crumbled cheese and mix,
- In a deep bowl beat heavy cream, eggs, salt and sugar,
- Add flour step by step and start to knead,
- Add baking powder with flour and knead until you reach an elastic dough,
- Split the dough into 2 pieces,
- Roll the dough to a thin rectangular sheet,
- Spread half of the spinach mixture on top,
- Roll from the two long edges through the middle, then cut the log into 17 rolls,
- Do the same for the other half of the dough,
- Place them with a cut side down in a parchement covered pan,
- Bake until golden in a 180 C degrees pre-heated oven.
