Spinach with Cottage Cheese Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 1 bunch spinach,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cups cottage cheese,
- 1/4 vegetable oil,
- Hot pepper flakes.
- Sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until soft,
- Add the finely chopped spinach and continue cooking for 3-4 mins,
- Add the cheese and salt and continue cooking until the cheese melts.
- Add hot pepper flakes to taste and serve.
