Potato Salad With Yoghurt Recipe
Serving : 6-8 Servings
- 3 medium potatoes,
- 3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt,
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoon cooked peas,
- 2 tablespoon cooked carrots cut into cubes,
- Dried mint,
- Hot pepper flakes.
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash using a fork,
- Add salt, yoghurt, mayo, peas and carrots,
- Transfer onto a serving platter and smooth the top out,
- Decorate with mint and hot pepper flakes and serve.
