Zucchini Salad With Yoghurt Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 handful of dill, chopped,
- 2 cups plain yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3 tablespoons olive oil,
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Grate the zucchinis and carrot and sauté them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until they soften, then let them cool,
- Mix together the crushed garlic, yoghurt, dill, walnuts and salt,
- Stir and smooth out the mixture onto a serving platter,
- Decorate with the remaining olive oil and some more walnuts.
