Carrot Salad with Yoghurt Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 large carrot,
- 1 cup yoghurt,
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil,
- 1/4 cup water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Grate the carrot,
- Place in a saucepan and add in the water,
- Put the lid on and cook on low heat for 15 mins,
- Remove from heat and let it cool,
- Add in the yoghurt and grated garlic, then stir,
- Place on a serving platter and drizzle on some olive oil.
