Chard Stalks Salad With Yoghurt Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
- 1 bunch chard stalks,
- 250 gr. plain yoghurt,
- 2 cloves garlic,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- Chili pepper flakes.
- Boil the stalks,
- Drain and blanch with cold water,
- Finely chop,
- In a bowl mix with yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt,
- Place on a serving platter and drizzle over some olive oil and sprinkle with chili pepper flakes.
