Bulghur Salad with Yoghurt Recipe

Serving : 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thin bulgur wheat,
  • 3/4 cup water,
  • 6-7 tablespoon thick Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup minced dill,
  • Vegetable oil,
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste,
  • Salt.

Preparation

  1. Rinse the bulgur with water and drain,
  2. Place the bulgur in a saucepan along with the water,
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a sprinkle of salt,
  4. Cook the bulgur over low heat until it absorbs all the water,
  5. Remove it from heat and let it cool,
  6. Mix the bulgur with yoghurt, minced dill and a sprinkle of salt,
  7. Put the mixture on a serving platter and decorate with tomato paste sautéed in vegetable oil and minced dill,
  8. Slice and serve.
