Bulghur Salad with Yoghurt Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup thin bulgur wheat,
- 3/4 cup water,
- 6-7 tablespoon thick Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup minced dill,
- Vegetable oil,
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Rinse the bulgur with water and drain,
- Place the bulgur in a saucepan along with the water,
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and a sprinkle of salt,
- Cook the bulgur over low heat until it absorbs all the water,
- Remove it from heat and let it cool,
- Mix the bulgur with yoghurt, minced dill and a sprinkle of salt,
- Put the mixture on a serving platter and decorate with tomato paste sautéed in vegetable oil and minced dill,
- Slice and serve.
