Sauteed Cabbage Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 of a small head of cabbage,
- 1 onion,
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 teaspoons paprika,
- 3 cups water,
- Salt.
Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until translucent,
- Add in the tomato paste and cook for 3 mins,
- Stir in the paprika,
- Add in the finely chopped cabbage, stir and cook (lid on) for 10 mins,
- Now add in the salt and water, put the lid back on and cook until the cabbage is softened,
- Serve with garlic - yoghurt and chili pepper flakes.
