Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread Recipe

Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread Recipe

The cheesy garlic pull apart bread was a recipe that I have been wanting to share for a long time, but never had the opportunity to shoot it. When I did it in a free time recently, I said this is an opportunity and shot it. Pull apart bread is a type of bread that finds a wide place in US cuisine. Because they are eaten by hand, they are also called monkey breads.

There are many different types of garlic pull apart breads, both in terms of preparation method and shape. I'm making a version that can be eaten by itself by adding cheese to it. It is a very nice lunch or snack with cold drinks such as lemonade or peach ice tea.

The cheesy garlic pull apart bread has a very simple dough. It is made by adding a little milk and butter to the classic yeast dough to make it softer, not exactly like bread dough, but a little more like a pastry dough.

Since we usually eat it hot, I use cheddar cheese or mozzarella for the filling. I haven't done it before, but if I were wait before eating, I would prefer cheeses that can be eaten with pleasure when it cools, such as Turkish breakfast cheese or lor cheese, instead of a cheese that will freeze when it gets cold. Keep in mind this is for if the bread you make will have to wait.

To prevent the pieces of bread from sticking to each other, butter is rubbed between them and garlic is added to this butter. If you do not want to use butter, the best alternative can be olive oil.

If you liked the idea of this bread, but if you don't like garlic, you can just skip it and make a cheese bread instead.

I mentioned above that it is a good meal on its own, but of course its usage is not limited to this. It is also a very good accompaniment to soups (like tomato soup) and juicy dishes.
