Cauliflower With Yogurt and Tomato Sauce Cauliflower With Yogurt and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 1 tomato, grated,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 1 tsp powdered chilli,
  • 1 cup water,
  • 2 cups of plain yogurt,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Salt,
  • olive oil,
  • Chopped parsley.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the florets of the cauliflower into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchement paper,
  2. Spread olive oil and salt over,
  3. Bake until softened in a 190 C degrees preheated oven,
  4. In the meantime, in a pan heat 3-4 tbsps olive oil,
  5. Add the chopped onions and cook until soften,
  6. Add the tomato paste and roast until smells good,
  7. Add the powdered chilli and mix,
  8. Add grated tomato and cook e few mins.,
  9. Add salt and water and stir well,
  10. Cook a few mins. more and then remove from heat,
  11. In a separate bowl combine yogurt, crushed garlic and salt and beat,
  12. Take the softened cauliflowers from the oven and transfer into serving plates,
  13. Spread the yogurt sauce first and then tomato sauce on top,
  14. You can sprinkle chopped parsley over.
