Diet Cauliflower Stuffed Peppers
Serving : 14 Pieces
Ingredients
- 350 g fatless ground beef,
- 600 g cauliflower,
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste,
- 1 tbsp pepper paste,
- Salt, pepper, cumin, dried mint and sumac to taste,
- 14 greed bell peppers.
For sauce:
- 1 tbsp tomato paste,
- 2 cups water at room temperature.
Preparation
- Pulse cauliflower in a food processor finely,
- In a deep bowl combine cauliflower, ground beef, onion, tomato and pepper paste, salt and spices and mix well,
- Remove stalks and kernels of the peppers,
- Stuff the peppers with the stuffing and set into a deep pan,
- In a bowl combine tomato paste and water for sauce and beat well,
- Por the sauce over the stuffed peppers (try not to pour into the peppers, just among them),
- Cover the lid and cook in low heat until the peppers are tender and stuffing is well done.
