Baked Cauliflower With Yogurt and Beef Sauce
Serving : 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower,
- 300 g ground beef,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 tomato, grated,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 tsp powdered chilli,
- 1 cup water,
- 2 cups of plain yogurt,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt,
- olive oil,
- Chopped parsley.
Preparation
- Cut the florets of the cauliflower into small pieces and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchement paper,
- Spread olive oil and salt over, mix,
- Bake until softened in a 190 C degrees preheated oven,
- In the meantime, in a pan heat 3-4 tbsps olive oil,
- Add the chopped onions and cook until soften,
- Add ground beef and stir fry until it change color,
- Add the tomato paste and roast until smells good,
- Add the powdered chilli and mix,
- Add grated tomato and cook e few mins.,
- Add salt and water and stir well,
- Cook a few mins. more and then remove from heat,
- In a separate bowl combine yogurt, crushed garlic and salt and beat,
- Take the softened cauliflowers from the oven and transfer into serving plates,
- Spread the yogurt sauce first and then tomato sauce on top,
- You can sprinkle chopped parsley over.
