  • 1 whole chicken breast, chopped,
  • 1/2 head medium cauliflower,
  • 1 onion, chopped,
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
  • 1 tsp ground paprika,
  • 1 tsp flour,
  • 1 tablespoon butter,
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • Salt to taste,
  • 4 cups of water at room temperature.


  1. Separate cauliflower into florets,
  2. Wash and drain,
  3. In a large pan heat vegetable oil and butter,
  4. Add into the chickken and cook until it changed colour,
  5. Add tomato paste and cook, constantly stirring, for a few mins.,
  6. Add flour and paprika and cook for another 2 mins.,
  7. Add cauliflowers and 4 cups of water,
  8. Cover the lid and cook until cauliflowers are tender,
  9. Add salt, stir and remove from heat.
