Baked Tomato Sauce Chicken Recipe
Serving : 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast,
- 8 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 2 large tomatoes, grated,
- Salt,
- Pepper,
- 1 tea spoon sugar,
- Grated mozzarella.
Preparation
- Slice each breast thinly,
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides,
- Take half of the oil in a large pan and heat,
- Put the chickens in the oil and cover the lid,
- Fry both sides in medium heat,
- Take fried chickens into a baking dish,
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan,
- Add the tomato paste and sautee until smells good,
- Add the grated tomatoes and cook for a few mins more,
- Add sugar and salt according to your taste,
- Spread the sauce over the chicken slices,
- Place grated cheese over,
- Bake the chickens in a 170 C degrees pre-heated oven until the cheese melts,
- Garnish with chopped green spices.
