Baked Chicken Meatball Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
For Chicken Meatballs;
- 200 gr chicken breast meat,
- 1 small egg,
- 1 small onion onion,
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda,
- 1 handful of chopped parsley,
- 1 tsp olive oil,
- Salt,
- Black pepper,
- Cumin,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Oil for frying.
For Tomato Sauce Spaghetti;
- 250 g spaghetti,
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 green pepper,
- 2 pieces of tomatoes,
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste,
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili pepper,
- Salt,
- 4 cups of boiling water,
- 1 cup grated parmesan.
For topping;
- 1/2 grated parmesan.
Preparation
- For the meatball, pulse the chickens in a food processor until minced,
- Take minced meat, grated onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, breadcrumbs, parsley, olive oil, salt and spices in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly,
- Make 8 balls and fry them in vegetable oil,
- Boil water in a deep pan and add spaghetti and salt to your taste, mix it occasionally to avoid sticking to each other,
- Grate the onion on the other side,
- Add oil and grated onion and finely chopped green pepper into a pan,
- Add tomato paste and roast until smells good,
- Add chilli pepper and mix,
- Add chopped tomatoes and minced garlic and cook until soft,,
- Add salt and mix well,
- Add the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and stir,
- Add the garted parmesan and stir,
- Share Spaghetti into 8 muffin molds,
- Place some meatballs on them and sprinkle with grated parmesan,
- Bake in a 170 C degrees preheated oven.
