Baked Potato Dolma Filled With Minced Meat
Serving : 6 pieces
Ingredients
- 200 g ground beef,
- 1 onion, chopped,
- 1 tbsp tomato paste,
- 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp olive oil,
- 1/2 tsp paprika,
- 1/2 tsp cumin,
- 1/2 tsp black pepper,
- Salt to taste.
For the puree;
- 4 potatoes,
- 1 egg,
- 1/2 cup of finely grated cheddar cheese,
- Salt and pepper.
For topping;
- 3/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese.
Preparation
- Peel and quarter potatoes, boil in salted water until tender (about 20 minutes),
- While the potatoes are boiling, heat olive oil in large frying pan,
- Sauté onions in oil until tender over medium heat (10 mins),
- Add ground beef and sauté until no longer pink,
- Add tomato paste and cook 2-3 mins,
- Add grated tomato, mix,
- Add paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat,
- Mash potatoes in bowl with egg, salt and pepper,
- Transfer the puree into a piping bag and pipe six bowl shape into a baking tray covered with parchment paper,
- Divide the meat mixture into each bowl,
- Sprinkle cheese over,
- Bake in a 190 C degrees until golden on top.
