Ingredients:

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts,
  • 1 tbsp tahini,
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • Freshly squeezed juice of half lemon,
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Take the artichokes in a pot and add water to cover the artichokes,
  2. Boil until the artichokes are tender,
  3. Take artichokes, tahini, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a deep bowl and pulse with a hand blender until smooth.
