Artichoke Dip Sauce Recipe
- 1 cup artichoke hearts,
- 1 tbsp tahini,
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Freshly squeezed juice of half lemon,
- Salt to taste.
- Take the artichokes in a pot and add water to cover the artichokes,
- Boil until the artichokes are tender,
- Take artichokes, tahini, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a deep bowl and pulse with a hand blender until smooth.
