Whole Wheat Flour Pancakes Recipe

Serving : 12 Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg,
  • 1 cup milk,
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil,
  • 1 heaping tsp of baking powder,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour.

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg until creamy,
  2. Add milk and beat,
  3. Add baking powder, salt and flour step by step and keep beating until no lumps,
  4. Brush a large non-stick pan with the oil and heat the pan,
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan one scoop at a time,
  6. Cook until you see the bubble on top, then turn upside down and cook the other side as well,
  7. Follow the same steps until you use the whole mixture.
