Diet No-Sugar Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs,
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil,
  • 1/2 cup light milk,
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice,
  • 1 cup all purpose flour,
  • 1 cup wheat bran,
  • 10 g baking powder,
  • 10 dried figs, chopped,
  • Peel of 1 orange, grated,
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs,
  2. Add vegetable oil, orange juice and milk and keep beating,
  3. Add flour and baking powder and beat,
  4. Add bran and beat,
  5. Add chopped figs, grated orange peels and cinnamon and stir,
  6. Grease a cake mold and pour the batter,
  7. Bake in a 170 C degrees pre-heated oven until golden.
