Diet Wheat Bran Pancakes

Diet Wheat Bran Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg,
  • 1 cup fat free milk,
  • 3/4 cup flour,
  • 3/4 cup wheat bran,
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the egg,
  2. Add milk and mix,
  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix well,
  4. Add wheat bran and mix,
  5. Heat a non-stick pan,
  6. Pour 1 scoop of the mixture into the pan and flatten with back of the scoop,
  7. Cook until golden brown
  8. Turn upside down and cook the other side,
  9. Follow the same process for the remaining batter.
