Easy Biscuit Recipe
I feel so excited about sharing some recipes. These recipes are generally very practical, they are recipes that grow like a khazar in difficult times. Knowing that they will make your life easier gives me a sweet excitement. This recipe is a life-saving recipe for those times when you realize that there is no bread at home and you do not have the opportunity to buy bread.
I like it mostly with soups and for breakfast. When I use it with soup, I cook it until it turns golden as you can see in the photo, it becomes crunchy. If I'm cooking it for breakfast, I take it out of the oven before it's fully browned, when it turns slightly pink, it gets softer. It is wonderful with butter on it or with cheese and jam.
You can also prepare the recipe with whole wheat flour if you wish. In this case, I recommend increasing the amount of milk to 1 glass.
The consistency of the dough is such that it sticks to the hand. By flouring the counter and the dough, we ensure that it is easily cut without sticking to the hand.
If you don't have much experience with dough, if you can't trust yourself, don't rush to try the recipe. I'll post a video version soon, probably this weekend. Watching the video will allow you to better understand the recipe and the consistency of the dough.
