Chicken Liver Tomato Soup Recipe

Serving : 4-6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 5 large tomatoes, grated,
  • 4 tbsps vegetable oil,
  • 2 tbsps flour,
  • 5 cups water, at room temperature,
  • 100 g chicken livers, diced,
  • Salt to taste,
  • Thyme to garnish.

Preparation

  1. Heat 3 tbsps of vegetable oil in a deep pan,
  2. Add into the flour and cook stirring for a few mins.,
  3. Add into grated tpmatoes and cook for 10-15 mins., constantly stirring,
  4. Add into the water, cook until it comes to a proper consistency,
  5. In a different pan heat the remaining oil,
  6. Add into the diced livers and cook, constantly wtirring until tender and brownish,
  7. Pulse the soup with a blender until smooth,
  8. Add into the cooked livers and salt, stir well,
  9. Cook for a few mins. more in low heat, then remove from heat,
  10. Sprinkle over dried thyme while serving.
