Pasta Soup Recipe
Serving : 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup short cut pasta,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste,
- 1 teaspoons paprika,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 5 cup water,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 teaspoons dried mint,
- 1 teaspoons salt.
Preparation
- Melt the butter,
- Add the flour and stir for 1 min,
- Add in the tomato paste and cook for 2 more mins,
- Add in the paprika and stir,
- Add the grated tomatoes and stir for 2 mins,
- Add warm water while whisking and let it come to a boil,
- Add the pasta and cook until it softens,
- Add salt, dried mint and remove from heat.
