Ingredients:
For meatballs;
- 500 g chicken breast, chopped,
- 1 egg,
- 1 onion, grated,
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
- 1 sweet spoon cornstarch,
- 1 teaspoon baking soda,
- 1 pinch of parsley,
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- Salt,
- Black pepper,
- Cummin,
- Oil for frying.
For Sour Sweet Sauce;
- 1 cup water,
- 2 tablespoons corn starch,
- 2 tablespoons ketchup,
- 3 tablespoons grape circles,
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar,
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
- 1 sweet spoon honey,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Preparation:
- Pulse the chicken breast in a food processor,
- Take minced meat, grated onion, egg and all other meatball ingredients in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly,
- Make walnut-sized balls from the mixture you prepared,
- Fry the meatballs in hot oil and take into a strainer,
- For sauce, take the water into a saucepan,
- Add all other sauce ingredients and beat to a smooth consistency,
- Cook in medium heat until the desired consistency,
- Take the meatballs into the serving tray and pour the sauce on it,
- You can decorate with sesame, pepper flakes and chopped parsley.
