Ingredients
- 500 g chicken wings,
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil,
- Salt.
For Sauce;
- 1 cup of water,
- 1 tablespoon of hot pepper sauce,
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup,
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
For topping;
- Sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
Preparation
- Drizzle olive oil and salt on the chicken wings and mix,
- Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until lightly browned,
- Meanwhile, take all the ingredients for the sauce into the sauce pan,
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens,
